1. Q: Can I get some samples?A: Yes, we offer free samples as your requirement. 

If you are the first time to cooperate with us, the postage should be paid by yourself, After you place the order with us, 

we will deduct the delivery cost in your order invoice. In the next orders,samples will be free.

2. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company ?

A: We are now a trading company, but formerly a factory with 20 years of experience production.

We have stable cooperative factories in hardware and plastics industry, which can produce mass and customized products.

Now specializing in foreign trade, can better serve customers, efficient to solve the needs of customers.

3. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?

A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container, but the quantity of each model should not be less than MOQ.

4.Q.: How many days for mass production?

A.:35 days after all artwork and 30% deposit are confirmed.

5. Q: How much will the shipping freight be?

A: The shipping freight depends on the weight & packing size of each order and your area.

6. Q: How soon can I get the goods after payment ?

A: Usually, we will ship the goods within 3 days to our shipment agent warehouse.

The express delivery time is about 5-7 days.

The air shipping time is about 8-10 days.

The sea shipping time is about 25-30 days.
